1. Standard report: £300/hour OPT; Minimum fee: £300
2. Negligence cases: £600/hour OPT; Minimum fee: £1,200
3. Non attendance fee: £100
4. Information/advice over telephone: £300/hour OPT; Minimum fee: £50

C) Fees for Court/Conference attendance.
    Services offered: Examination, Report writing, Review of records, Research, Telephone
    advice, Telephone Conferencing and attendance

1. Attendance: £600/half day OPT plus expenses; Minimum fee: £800
2. Cancellation within 2 weeks of scheduled appearance: £800
3. Compensation for loss of earnings: Clinic: £600, Operation list: £1,200
4. Telephone conferencing/advice: £300/hour OPT; Minimum fee: £50

D) Other conditions to comply with Civil Justice Reform of 26 April 1999

1. All GP and Hospital records etc. to be included with letter of instruction. (These records will be destroyed 3 months after report has been submitted unless it is specifically requested that they be returned.)
2. All instructions are to be explicit as to any special or specific areas that solicitors wish to be covered although format of report is not individualised.
3. All instructions to indicate whether the case is to be covered by a Legal Aid Certificate since the Court sets fees in these cases.

E) All fees must be settled prior to report being released unless otherwise agreed.

Appointment: no waiting list; report available within 2 months. Examination of patients outside of London and Leicester strictly by prior agreement.
